What is the treatment like?2019-04-23T20:08:32-07:00

The treatment is gentle.  There are no fast or forceful inputs to your body.  I will confirm with you before touching areas that may be sensitive or emotionally charged.  It lasts for 1 to 2 hours occasionally going longer than 2 hours with some time afterwards to reintegrate.  You lie comfortably on a treatment table similar to a massage table.  During the treatment you may experience relaxation, visualizations, emotions, and various other somatic experiences in your body.  Many people fall asleep during part or all of the treatment.  Any and all experiences you have are welcome and discussion is encouraged at any time during the appointment. This type of Osteopathic treatment is safe for people with almost any health condition but please discuss with me before beginning.
